Snowdrops (Galanthus nivalis) HBb
One of the first flowers to emerge in late winter, there are fewer more pleasing sights than a carpet of pure white snowdrops in full bloom in February. Their blooms are an important source of pollen and nectar for the early bees. They establish well in short grass in rich soil that does not become too dry in the summer months. Will grow in sun or deep shade. Ht 6-10 in.
