Deciduous or semi-evergreen perennial with abundant green, feathery leaves which are finely divided and have a gorgeous and unique scent. The Victorians used to plant this just outside their doorways so that their skirts brushed the leaves and took the fragrance into the house. Ht and S 1-2ft. Likes a sunny spot.
