A tough little viola bearing, in spring, a profusion of jolly jet black flowers with a tiny yellow. These are scented and edible. The photo shows a birthday cake my daughter made for her best friend using Molly Sanderson, Tiger Eyes and Rebecca viola flowers. I thought it looked gorgeous! Forms a neat mat maybe for the front of a border or a rock garden but can also be grown in pots or containers. Ht 20cm S 30cm.
